Spent this morning hanging out with a lovely bunch of women. The company my sister works for, Quaboag Corp., donated a bunch of fleece to be made into blankets for a few homeless veteran shelters in Worcester. The lovely people at The Fabric Stash in Charlton, donated their time, and a bunch of machines to do the finishing work required to make the fleece into warm blankets. So, this morning I went with my sister to do a little sewing and pinning. The women were wonderful and it was so lovely that they gave up a chunk of their Saturday to come help out.
